My Micro Rooting

I only use the very best of premium Angora kid mohair, and use 42g german rooting needles.

I start by marking out the hair line with a white gel pen, which can be rubbed off later, then root from the front, spiraling round to the top to form the crown.

As I go along I spray on leave in hair conditioner and brush with a soft baby brush, as this prevents matting and helps to find those little bald patches that can be easily missed.

I then give them a hair cut, trimming their hair in layers for that natural baby look.

I like to give the reborns I create a full hair line, and ample hair, unlike some reborn artist, who only seem to concentrate on the top of the head and leave behind the ears bald , this type of hair style reminds me of those medievel monks who would shave the sides of their heads and have a topnot of hair .

If you look at real babies you will see they have a full hair line, even some babies who look bald actually have a full hair line with very fine light hair, and not actally bald at all.

All my children were all born with plenty hair, even my realtives babies had ample hair.

I too was born with masses of hair, and was the first baby in Sunderland general hospital who was born with loads of shoulder length hair...yes shoulder length...I was given a full hair cut by the midwife .My mother must have freaked out when she saw me lol, as I was also a big baby weighing over 12lbs.

As you can see in my baby pic below aged 4 months my hair was very thick and curely.
